What is Digital Engines?

Digital Engines is a set of modular tools that sit alongside your VICIdial environment to automate dialer operations, agent workflow, and script-driven actions. Start with the Core platform, then add seats, modules, storage, and support as needed.

Core concepts

  • DialerEngine Core: the base platform per dialer/cluster. Provides baseline access, call flow tooling, and the document area.
  • DialerControl: per-agent features for controlled dialing and automated dial-rate adjustments based on your rules and realtime conditions.
  • ScriptEngine: per-agent scripting and automation (scenario prompts, soundboard actions, and workflow triggers).
  • Storage add-ons: add pooled storage to your account for recordings, documents, and other assets.
  • Support & Services: support packages, per-request help, onboarding, and custom programming.

Getting started

  1. Purchase/enable DialerEngine Core for your dialer/cluster.
  2. Add storage if you plan to keep recordings/docs inside the platform.
  3. Enable DialerControl and/or ScriptEngine seats for your agents.
  4. Set up your Org Profile (W-9 / business details) in the portal.

Security notes

All actions are permissioned by account and privilege. Inputs are validated server-side, CSRF protected, and database writes are parameterized. For network connectivity, we recommend private links/VPN between Digital Engines and your dialer infrastructure.
